The location of the hotel, while remote, offered a nice escape from the busy life of Hyderabad, with good hospitality at the Sun and Moon Restaurant. Although the dining experience had some positive aspects like good food, there were also issues like dry idly. Overall, the facilities at the hotel were satisfactory.

The Oh Biz resort offers spacious rooms with attached personal pools, but lacks balconies in some premier rooms. The cleanliness standards need improvement, yet the staff is kind and accommodating.
